Method of preparation:
1) Cut the mushrooms into slices and garlic into small cubes. Fry in a pan in olive oil (preferably with grape seeds).
In the middle of the frying, we add half a portion of peppers cut into cubes or into strips. We add salt and pepper.
2) Carrots cut into cubes, kale cut into small pieces, cocktail tomatoes in half.
3) Mix everything together, add the previously cooked quinoa and the rest of the peppers. Season with salt, pepper, olive oil.
